The importance of legal advice
Following Divorce or Separation many people can be unaware of legal obligations that they may still have to their ex-partner. These obligations could remain even if you thought that all matters had been agreed between you. Legal Advice could give you the reassurance you are looking for or, more importantly, alert you to a potential problem in the future that you were not aware of.
Costs
As with all our work, we will give you full details of our costs at the outset of matters. All our Divorce and Separation work is charged at an hourly rate, which you will be advised of at your first meeting. We are happy to put in place payment systems to assist you, such as Standing Orders or periodic billing.
