Outside of the Office David spends much of his time with his family, in particular taking great pride in tending to his manicured garden. Keeping himself active David still plays competitive football for Paignton Saints locally and is a regular attendee at his Gym. A keen traveller, David's vacations take him to the further reaches of the Globe. He can proudly list China, Russia, Uganda, Rwanda and Peru amongst his list of countries visited.

David Charles
David Charles joined the Firm in April 2005, having previously been in partnership locally. David graduated from Exeter University in 1988 and qualified as a Solicitor in London in 1991. He then moved to Torbay where he has practised ever since.
David's career has seen him work in many areas of the Law. However, he is now a Criminal Defence specialist. He is a practising Duty Solicitor and an active Higher Rights Advocate appearing regularly in Magistrates and Crown Courts across the Westcountry and south coast.
A natural at languages David can happily converse in French and German as well as offering a passing understanding of a number of other European languages.
