Ben Darby receives his Higher Rights qualification

Congratulations to Ben who has succesfully qualified as a Solicitor Advocate which allows him to exercise rights of audience in all Courts, in all proceedings to include the Crown Court, Court of Appeal and the House of Lords.

This means that Ben (and also David Charles of this firm who holds the same qualification) can look after a criminal client from Police Station to any Court giving you continuity of representation. There are only five Solicitor Advocates in Torbay now including Ben and David.
